Privacy Policy

Top Corner (“the app”, “the game”) is published by Erkboi Games (Ahmet Alperen Tartıcı). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Top Corner on iPhone. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

The short version

Top Corner has no accounts and no login. We do not run servers that store your personal data, and your game progress is kept only on your device. The only data collected is an advertising identifier, used by our ad provider (Google AdMob) to show ads.

Information we collect

The app does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, camera, microphone or health data. Through the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK, the following may be collected and shared with Google to serve and measure advertising:

• Advertising identifier — Apple’s IDFA / the device Advertising ID (a resettable identifier);
• Standard ad-related technical data used by Google to deliver, cap, and measure ads (including via Apple’s SKAdNetwork for install attribution).

If you consent to tracking, ads may be personalized; if you do not, ads are shown in a non-personalized way.

Third-party services

• Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) — shows rewarded and interstitial ads. Data is processed by Google under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy · How AdMob uses data.
• Apple — the App Store and StoreKit handle in-app purchases (see below) and SKAdNetwork handles privacy-preserving ad attribution.

For users in the EEA/UK, ad personalization is handled in accordance with Google’s consent requirements (Google’s UMP consent framework).

App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On first launch, Top Corner asks for your permission to track (Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt). You can decline — the game works exactly the same either way; only ad personalization is affected. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and reset your advertising identifier in Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

In-app purchases

Top Corner offers consumable in-app purchases (Elite coaching-staff passes). These are processed entirely by Apple / StoreKit. We never see or store your payment card or billing information.

How data is used

• To display and measure advertisements (rewarded and interstitial).
• To limit ad fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to build profiles for our own purposes.

Local data & your game save

Your game progress, settings and preferences are stored only on your device. Top Corner has no accounts and no server that holds your data, so we cannot access or recover your save. Deleting the app removes your local data.

Children’s privacy

Top Corner is rated 4+, but because it serves ads that rely on an advertising identifier, it is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Where required, ad requests use non-personalized settings. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will address it.

Your choices & rights

• Decline tracking (ATT) or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings, as described above.
• Uninstall the app to stop all further data collection.
• Contact us with any privacy question or request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates are posted on this page with a new “effective” date.
